At LogixOr, we are committed to providing a high-quality digital learning experience through live classes, recorded lessons, and downloadable resources. Please read the following cancellation and refund policy carefully before enrolling in any of our courses.
Cancellation Policy

Once you enroll in a course and complete the payment, cancellation is not permitted.

Since our services are digital and are either delivered instantly or scheduled for live sessions, no cancellation requests will be accepted after purchase confirmation.
Refund Policy

All payments made on LogixOr are non-refundable by default.

In exceptional cases, if a valid reason is presented and approved by our team, a refund may be processed within 5–10 business days.
Refunds will NOT be provided for:

Missing or skipping live classes

Personal schedule conflicts

Technical issues on your end (e.g., internet/device problems)
Please review the course details, schedules, and eligibility criteria thoroughly before making any payment.
Important Note
If a class or course is cancelled by LogixOr, students will be:

Rescheduled to a new date/time, or

Offered an alternative course/module (if available)
Refunds are only considered if:

LogixOr is unable to provide the promised service, and

No suitable alternative can be arranged.
